ExCare

Our extended care program is available to children from Kindergarten through sixth grade and it provides our children with snacks, an opportunity to do homework, and recreational activities. Our morning session runs from 7:00 am to 8:15 am, and our afternoon session runs from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm on full days of school and 12:40 pm to 6:00 pm on half days.

We offer drop in service for any unexpected need for before and after school care. All parents/guardians must complete the application form and emergency card PRIOR to leaving their child. Although ExCare is run through the district ExCare employees do not have access to your child’s emergency information. For safety and security purposes we CAN NOT accept any child unless these forms are on file.

Our program supervisor is Tammy Fey. During ExCare hours Ms. Fey can be reached at 609-670-6675.

Please see the link below for our Program Policy, Discipline Policy, Application, Emergency Card, and Parent Statement of Understanding. These forms need to be filled out and returned to Ms. Fey, the Pearson Elementary Office, or Board Office prior to your child being accepted into the program.
